The Job:

- Identify and engage potential clients within the assigned catchment area to promote insurance solutions.

- Assess client needs and recommend tailored financial products that align with their goals.

- Present and explain policy options and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.

- Close sales and consistently meet performance targets.

- Build lasting relationships with clients to support retention and long-term growth.

- Conduct regular reviews to adapt solutions to evolving client needs and life stages.

- Network actively and generate referrals to expand your client base.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.

- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

- Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.


The Person:

- Holds a minimum of 1 A-Level pass.

- Demonstrates a proven track record in sales with strong performance outcomes.

- Communicates effectively–both verbally and in writing–with clarity and confidence.

- Exhibits maturity, independence, and self-motivation in daily tasks.

- Brings energy, sociability, and a results-driven mindset to the role.

- Possesses a Diploma in Insurance, Certificate of Proficiency (COP), or relevant experience in banking or insurance marketing (an added advantage).
