Job Purpose 

This role is part of the Revenue Operations department and is designed to provide effective transport services by driving employees to and from the tollgate, using the most efficient routes.  


  Key Responsibilities 

- Transports staff from a designated location to ensure arrival at the site 30 minutes prior to shift changes.  

- Prepares route maps in advance to identify the quickest travel options.  

- Keeps records of driving hours, distances traveled, incidents, and vehicle maintenance.  

- Monitors vehicle and generator fuel levels, maintaining sufficient stock in coordination with the Senior Revenue Clerk for replenishment.  

- Adheres to the scheduled vehicle service intervals.  

- Follows up on service and repair quotes and submits them to the Admin Department for processing.

- Reports any vehicle issues to the Senior Revenue Clerk and Transport department.  

- Updates on-site vehicle and generator fuel logs and submits fuel receipts to the Senior Revenue Clerk.  

- Prepares a monthly fuel usage report for the vehicle and generator on the transport acquittal form, clearly stating fuel efficiency.  

- Performs any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.  


  Qualifications   

- A minimum of 5 O Level passes, including English.  

- Possession of a clean Class 2 Driver’s License.  

- Defensive Driver’s Certificate.  

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.  

- Capability to function under pressure.  

- A person of utmost integrity.  


  Experience

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related position.
