To uphold our commitment to unparalleled financial integrity and operational efficiency, we are seeking a meticulous Finance & Reimbursement Specialist. This pivotal role demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong audit background. The role will be instrumental in safeguarding compliance, optimizing reimbursement processes, and contributing directly to our strategic financial objectives.


 Key Responsibilities: 

- Oversee the entire employee expense claim life cycle—from submission, verification to payment and reconciliation—ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Scrutinize all reimbursement claims for strict adherence to internal company policies, ZIMRA regulations, and other relevant local tax legislation.

- Analyze expense data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for cost savings.

- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports on reimbursement activities, budget vs. actual, and audit trails for management.

- Act as the primary liaison for all employee, department head inquiries regarding reimbursement policies, procedures, and status updates, providing exceptional clarity and support.

- Continuously identify and recommend actionable strategies to streamline the reimbursement process, enhance controls, and improve efficiency within the finance department.


Qualifications and Experience: 

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.

- A minimum 2 years of relevant experience within a Big Four audit firm (PwC, EY, KPMG, or Deloitte).

- A professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, CA Zimbabwe, or equivalent).

- Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee) is highly desirable.
