- Greet and seat customers

- Provide menus and explain daily specials

- Take customer orders accurately

- Relay orders to the kitchen

- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Present bills and process payments

- Keep tables, utensils, and dining areas clean and organized

- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
