Job Opportunity: Traffic Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Traffic Officer to join our Marketing and Sales Department. The selected candidate will oversee the management of advertising slots, ensure adherence to regulations, and generate precise reports.


Key Responsibilities:

- Create precise daily spot logs and implement material instructions within established deadlines.

- Support Marketing Executives and advertising agencies in meeting commercial needs.

- Confirm that all advertising slots are accurately priced according to the rate card.

- Ensure that advertising materials are suitable for broadcasting equipment.

- Maintain compliance with the Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe (BAZ) regulations and ADMA codes.

- Collect sales data, verify its accuracy, and prepare reports.

- Promptly handle bookings, modifications, and schedule changes.

- Compile accurate weekly revenue reports and generate daily radio traffic reports.


Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Accounting, or a relevant field.

- Proficient data analysis skills and advanced Excel capabilities.

- Familiarity with Radio Computing Service (RCS) software is a plus.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with data.

- Capability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and precision.

- Professional presentation skills.
