Job Overview  

The role involves selling the company's products or services to generate revenue, as well as building and maintaining relationships with current customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.


  Key Responsibilities

• Identify and seek out new sales prospects.  

• Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce products or services.  

• Develop and sustain relationships with existing clients.  

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.  

• Negotiate pricing and sales conditions.  

• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.  

• Follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and address any issues.  

• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.  

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance sales tactics.  

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (distribution, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure sales strategies are aligned.  

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and market changes.  

• Engage in sales training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.  

• Provide insights to management to enhance sales and customer service efforts.  


Requirements  

• Minimum Education & Training:  

  • A Degree or HND in Sales or Marketing.  

• Related Experience:  

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.  


 Special Skills/Standards:  

  • Capability to perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.  

  • A robust phone presence along with exceptional communication skills.  

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.  

  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and quotas.  

  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.  

  • Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools.
