Position Summary
MMCZ is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to take on the role of Sales Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for mineral products, exploring new markets, and negotiating sales agreements.
Primary Duties
- Create and execute marketing strategies and plans
- Explore new markets and sources for minerals
- Set product pricing in accordance with global market trends
- Negotiate and manage sales contracts
- Collect market intelligence and analyze trends
- Oversee Sales/Shipping Clerks and prepare export documentation
- Compile managerial reports and present findings on the minerals portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a related field in Mining
- Diploma in Gemmology
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing and mineral identification
- Knowledge of the mining sector
- Membership in a recognized professional body is a bonus
- Understanding of minerals, particularly semi-precious and precious stones
- Valid Class 4 Driver's license
