Job Details

The Office of the Master of the High Court of Zimbabwe is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill multiple vacancies within their organization.


Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, HEXCO Diploma in Office Administration (IAC), or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Good office management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team with minimal supervision

- Relevant work experience will be an added advantage


Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Typing minutes, letters, and other correspondence

- Preparing meetings and taking minutes

- Manning the switchboard

- Attending to other duties as assigned
