OVERVIEW


We are inviting applications from qualified individuals to apply for the role of Restaurant Waiter at Rainbow Tourism Group, with the successful candidate stationed in the Food & Beverages Department at the A'Zambezi River Lodge.


This role reports directly to the Food & Beverages Supervisor.


Responsibilities include:

* Timely preparation of tables by arranging linen, silverware, and glasses.

* Accurate collection of guest orders.

* Compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

* Maintaining creativity in presentation along with demonstrating artistry.

* Promoting additional products when suitable.

* Serving food and beverage orders.

* Delivery of checks and collection of payments.

* Providing outstanding customer service to guests.



Job Specification:

* A National Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality or a related qualification is a plus.

* A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role.

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proven planning and customer service skills.

* Capability to work with minimal supervision.
