Position: Administration and Human Resources Officer (1 Post)

Job Overview

Responsibilities

- Oversees the recruitment and selection process for candidates.

- Manages the province's performance appraisal system.

- Coordinates and participates in the disciplinary hearing procedures for non-managerial staff.

- Ensures the observance of provincial safety and health regulations.

- Supervises training and development programs for staff.

- Monitors the general management of vehicles at the provincial level.

- Prepares quarterly leave reconciliation reports and tracks employee leave.

- Maintains the Provincial Master Asset Register.

- Manages the payroll system for employees in the province.


Qualifications and Experience

- A degree in social sciences.

- A diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

- Corporate membership in a recognized professional institution.

- A Class 4 Driver's License.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
