Job Summary:

We're looking for a Telesales Agent to make outbound calls to potential customers, build rapport, and establish positive relationships. You'll deliver persuasive sales pitches, document customer information, and provide excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Telesales:

    - Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists and business leads

    - Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospects

    - Deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight product/service benefits


Customer Service:

    - Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints

Sales Reporting:

Requirements:

Education:

    - Diploma in Sales or Marketing


Experience:

    - At least 1 year of proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role


Skills:

    - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

    - Active listening and problem-solving skills

    - Resilience and the ability to handle rejection

    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
