ROLE OVERVIEW SUMMARY  

The role aims to deliver comprehensive and innovative Organizational Development (OD) services and to assist in formulating, executing, and assessing various OD strategies for the South African Network of Prison Chapters in Zimbabwe and Eswatini as part of the "Youth Prisons Population Alliance" Youth Pops project. The individual will also create well-defined Human Resources strategies and policies that correspond with SANOP's developmental needs while enhancing governance systems for SANOP and its chapter members in both countries.

Allowance and Accommodation  

All volunteers receive an allowance provided in local currency. This allowance is intended to cover reasonable living expenses in the country, but it will not be sufficient for sending money back home.  

VSO collaborates with some of the most impoverished communities globally, resulting in variations in accommodation, which will be basic.
