2.1 Graduate Trainee - Software Development

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate with an Honours Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent


Key Skills:

- Good working knowledge of HTML, PHP, MySQL, and PHPMyAdmin

- Interest in Agile software development methodologies

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Analytical thinker and problem-solver


 Duties and Responsibilities:

- Participate in the full systems development life cycle on small to mid-sized projects

- Translate requirements into physical design specifications for major systems

- Product testing and making modifications

- User support and training

- Maintaining university systems

- Revise and update programs and documentation as required

2.2 Graduate Trainee - Networking


Qualifications:

- Recent graduate with an Honours Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent


Key Skills:

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Analytical thinker and problem-solver

- Interest in computer networks


 Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage, maintain, upgrade, and monitor enterprise networks

- Plan and install cabling and electronic network communications equipment

- Configure proxy, mail, and web servers

- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all applications and fault reports


Network Responsibilities:

- Ensure desktop computers and servers are linked, allowing users to:

    - Send electronic mail

    - Share data

    - Use computer applications

    - Access internet connections


This role seems to require a strong understanding of computer networks and infrastructure, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex systems.
