Principal Accountabilities:

- Manages the overall operations of a multi-cuisine restaurant, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and customer experience.

- Oversees daily restaurant functions including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety standards.

- Develops and implements operational procedures, service standards, and staff training programs.

- Monitors financial performance, controls costs, and drives profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Leads recruitment, training, and performance management of restaurant staff to ensure a motivated and efficient team.

- Works closely with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain menu quality, innovation, and consistency.

- Handles customer feedback, resolves issues promptly, and builds strong client relationships.

- Develops marketing and promotional strategies to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.

- Monitors supplier relationships and ensures timely procurement of quality food and beverage items.

- Prepares operational and financial reports for executive management.


Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management.

- 5-10 years of proven experience managing a multi-cuisine restaurant.

- Strong track record in restaurant start-up, setup, and launch will be a distinct advantage.

- Solid financial management, budgeting, and cost-control expertise.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence.

- High level of computer literacy with knowledge of restaurant management systems (POS).
