Position Title : Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support & Research : Assist the CEO with planning, prioritizing initiatives, conducting background research, and preparing briefing materials.

2. Project & Workflow Coordination : Monitor execution of CEO directives, track KPIs, and align departmental workflows with strategic goals.

3.  Communication & Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders; manage high-level correspondence and communications.

4.  Meeting & Documentation Management : Attend executive meetings, document action items, support Board meeting preparations, and ensure follow-ups.

5.  Information & Document Management : Maintain secure, organized records and manage the CEO's document and information ecosystem.


Requirements

1. Degree : in Actuarial Sciences, Economics or equivalent

2. Experience : At least 2 years of relevant experience

3. Valid Class 4 Driver's License

- Skilled in managing schedules, calendars, and multitasking effectively.

- Maintains high standards of privacy and trust in handling sensitive information.

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.

- Clear, professional business communication skills (written and verbal).

- Teamwork & independence – Reliable team player who works well independently with minimal supervision.
