Job Objective
The aim of this position is to aid in the management of Service Points programs and activities that pertain to customer order processing, shipping, and returns, aligned with business strategies, procedures, Group policies, and guidelines.

Unique Aspect
This position is designed for an individual contributor who can operate with moderate supervision. It demands a fundamental understanding of job procedures and tools gained through practical experience, and may necessitate vocational or technical education. Issues encountered are generally routine but may occasionally require interpretation or deviation from standard protocols.
Core Responsibilities
- With supervision, assist customers visiting service points for the pick-up or drop-off of shipments.
- Engage in activities associated with sales, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide information to address standard customer inquiries effectively.
- Offer product/service-related details to answer customer questions.
- Execute routine administrative duties such as research, data entry, and documentation.
- Process information and create standard reports as needed.
- Adhere to established operating procedures and guidelines within the service point.
Key Stakeholders
- Clarify facts, practices, policies, etc., to others within the organization while following narrowly defined procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaborate and communicate mainly with team colleagues.
- Convey information that may require some clarification or interpretation.
- Address task-related challenges appropriately to preserve work relationships.
Management Role
Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading a team.
