Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and seasoned Legal Consultant to join our team. The successful applicant will offer legal advice and support to the organization, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.



Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor of Laws Honours degree (LLB) from a recognized institution

- At least 8 years of experience in a legal-related position

- Familiarity with Zimbabwe's mining, commercial, criminal, and labor laws

- Capability to interpret and apply legal statutes, rules, and regulations

- High proficiency in computer use


 Responsibilities:

- Providing legal advice to management on corporate governance and legal matters

- Reviewing and managing contracts and legal documentation

- Creating and maintaining a legal database for the organization

- Keeping the organization informed about legislative developments

- Identifying concealed risks or compliance issues in processes and reports

- Engaging with regulatory authorities and industry bodies regarding legal issues
