 Job Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled and forward-thinking candidate to assume the role of Director of Finance, Administration, and Human Resources. The chosen individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to financial, administrative, and human resources operations within the organization.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Financial Oversight:

    - Formulate and supervise financial plans, budgets, and forecasts

    - Track financial performance and generate regular financial statements

    - Manage cash flow, investments, and evaluate financial risks

    - Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

2. Administrative Management:

    - Supervise the everyday operations of administrative tasks

    - Develop and uphold administrative policies and procedures

    - Oversee office facilities, equipment, and supplies

    - Manage both internal and external communications

3. Human Resources Management:

    - Create and execute HR strategies and initiatives

    - Administer recruitment and selection processes

    - Oversee employee relations, compensation, and benefits programs

    - Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices

4. Leadership and Team Oversight:

    - Guide and mentor a team of professionals in finance, administration, and HR

    - Promote a positive working environment

    - Establish departmental goals and objectives and track their progress

5. Strategic Development:

    - Contribute to the formulation of organizational strategies and plans

    - Offer strategic insights and recommendations related to finance and HR


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Professional certification such as CA (Z), ACCA, CPA, or CIMA

- A Master's degree is a plus

- Valid Class 4 driver's license

- Minimum of 5 years experience at a director level in corporate or public management

- Strong skills in financial management

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal capabilities

- Effective people management abilities

- Proficient in strategic management

- Experience in organizational development

- Proven leadership qualities
