This position is responsible for fostering business growth within the Platinum Club while managing risks and reducing losses for the Bank. The ideal candidate will focus on cultivating client relationships, generating valuable business opportunities, and ensuring portfolio integrity through proactive risk management techniques.

Business Development
- Discover and cultivate lucrative business prospects aligned with the Platinum Club strategy.
- Negotiate terms and pricing for facilities with clients.
- Promote additional banking products available from the group.
- Develop and implement detailed account strategies for the relationships being managed.
Portfolio Quality & Risk Management
- Guarantee timely preparation of facility documentation and registration of securities.
- Analyze client profitability and eliminate potential revenue losses.
- Enforce compliance with facility terms, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor credit performance and promptly report any credits that show signs of deterioration.
- Comply with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
Client Servicing
- Enhance customer service experiences by addressing issues highlighted through customer feedback and demonstrating appropriate behaviors.
- Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients by engaging with them, listening to their needs, fulfilling requirements within policies and procedures, and providing client feedback.
- Ensure complaints are resolved or escalated within the service level agreement (SLA) to build trust and relationships while meeting sales and service goals.
- Conduct needs analyses to fully understand customers’ needs while engaging them and making suitable recommendations to maintain and expand the portfolio.
- Inform and assist clients regarding after-sales services and product maintenance, anticipating their future needs to boost client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Take responsibility for all inquiries, complaints, issues, and compliments raised, ensuring prompt resolution by the appropriate parties.
