Vacancy: Skills Development Officer

Job Overview:

ZERA is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven individual to take on the role of Skills Development Officer.


Main Duties:

- Carry out thorough skills assessments to identify competency deficiencies and training needs

- Spearhead workforce planning efforts to ensure that human resource capabilities align with future organizational goals

- Create, execute, and track succession planning and workforce optimization strategies

- Manage and support the execution of performance management systems

- Promote and facilitate change management initiatives

- Implement effective onboarding programs for new employees

- Design and manage training and development budgets

- Identify and suggest learning and development initiatives to enhance organizational performance

- Assess the effectiveness and impact of skills transfer programs


 Qualifications:

- Degree in Social Science, Human Resources, or a related field

- Minimum of three years of experience in Skills Development

- Postgraduate Diploma in Training or Human Capital Development

- Advanced proficiency in Excel
