Overview 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the postion of Barman for Rainbow Tourism Group and the successful candidate will be based in the Food & Beverages Department at AZambezi River Lodge

The position reports to the Food & Beverages Supervisor.


Responsibilitiess include:

* Shift preparation and handling of busy shifts efficiently.

* Handling of cash and process payments.

* Management of inventory and bar stocks.

* Preparation and serving of drinks.

* Provision of excellent customer service.

* Reconcliation of bills.

* Effective practices of health and safety standards in the bar area.


Job Specifications 

The candidate should have the following  :

* Diploma in Food & Beverage Services from a reputable institution 

* A professional  quaification is an added advantage 

* Fluency in Engish Language 

*  Computer literacy 

* At list two year's experience as a Barman 

* Sensitive to customer needs
